Sorry for such a long wait! Again! This is the second to last part of the Characters section, covering some of the minor characters and such.
NOTE: As mentioned in the glossary for this chapter, the World Guide has been licensed. We won’t be dropping it immediately, but we probably will drop it when the official version comes out this summer. We’ll try to at least finish the Characters section, and maybe do some of the next Monsters section too. We’ll see!
